All media owner's Logos, Programme Images, trademarks and titles are owned by the respective media houses only. All other content on Global Media Kit website (illustrations, texts, custom images and videos) is the property of Global Media Kit. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, should be subject to prior authorization by Global Media Kit. All information, content and files are protected by international law concerning intellectual ownership and copyright.


IP Infringement

If you have a good faith belief that we have inadvertently violated any IP right, please report it to [email protected]. We would need 5-7 working days to address the issue. We request that you include the following details for an early solving of the issue.

  • Identification or description of the copyrighted work/ trademark that has been infringed
  • Data that is being wrongly represented

Content Accuracy

The users are requested to fill in accurate, complete and relevant content in necessary forms and database. Global Media Kit maintains mechanisms to ensure that content accuracy is maintained to the international standards. However, we do not guarantee that the Website or any content provided on the Website is 100% error free. Country data has been sourced from credible information websites



The rates indicated on Global Media Kit are shown in United States Dollars with options to convert into foreign currencies. Local taxes and other fees will be shown separately in the invoices. The Invoices will be raised in United States Dollar only. The currency conversion rates are provided by enterprise level service providers and are updated online. The rate cards of all media are decided by the media owners and are subject to frequent changes.



Media space availability is the prerogative of the media owner. In good faith all the media owners listed in Global Media Kit agrees to adhere to meet the requirements of the users as deemed necessary. However, considering the dynamic nature of the media industry, in many cases due to different reasons, the cancellations can take place at the last moment without prior information. Users are expected to understand and accept this possibility on making of a booking through Global Media Kit.


Secure payment

Global Media Kit currently offers one gateway to pay for the user order, PayPal. The payment option uses advanced SSL encryption to keep your transaction secure and safe. The payment cost and details will be shown to the user in the invoice. The user need not hold an account with these Merchants to use these methods of payment. We request the user to refer to PayPal for full terms and conditions of use.


Grievances, refunds and re-schedules

Media owners and users can access Global Media Kit with any feedback in the email id [email protected]

In the unlikely event of a media execution not taking place as specified in the media order issued by Global Media Kit, the user is requested to report the same within 48 hours of the media scheduled date. Global Media Kit will initiate an investigation and this may take several days upon receipt of your claim depending...



Our endeavor is to provide our user with the best media buying experience in the relevant markets. As part of this Global Media Kit solicits feedback from the users on their suggestions to the changes required in our privacy policy and not limited to that. We will be considering all relevant feedback while we make periodic updates to our policies and actions. Global Media Kit is not liable for any inaccurate / misleading information/ advertisement. It is the end-user responsibility to research, verify and accept bonafide' content. Global Media Kit is not responsible for the consequences of any actions taken based on the information provided in the website. Buying and selling through Global Media Kit is open only to individuals and companies who confirm all the statutory and legal requirements needed to enter into a valid contract enforceable under the regional and international laws.



In the above full document term ‘User' implies both ‘Media owner' who wants to sell their media and the ‘Buyer' who is buying media through Global Media Kit.

Company means Global Media Kit FZE

Terms of using Ad Support

Ad Support allows advertisers to connect and schedule meetings with media service providers to facilitate better campaign planning and management. The Ad Support service is bound to the following Conditions:

  • You acknowledge that Global Media Kit will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information/advice exchanged between Ad Support Experts and Advertisers.

Cancellation and Termination

The customer may cancel an advertising campaign/service under the Agreement by giving notice in writing to Global Media Kit before the relevant campaign/service Start Date. In this case the customer will be liable to pay a proportion of the fee as set out below:

  • If notice of cancellation is provided 60 days before the start date of the campaign/service; 50% of the Fee is due; plus, payment of any production costs incurred by the Media Service Provider.
  • If notice of cancellation is provided 45 days before the start date of the campaign /service; 80% of the Fee is due; plus, payment of any production costs incurred by the Media Service Provider.
  • If notice of cancellation is provided 30 days before the start date of the campaign /service; 100% of the fee is due; plus, payment of any production costs incurred by the Media Service Provider.


Each party will maintain the confidentiality of the other party's Confidential Information and shall not, without the prior written consent of the other, use, disclose, copy or modify the other party's Confidential Information other than as necessary for the performance of its rights and obligations under the Agreement or in order to comply with its legal, statutory or regulatory obligations. “Confidential Information" shall mean in relation to the other party, information (whether in oral, written or electronic form) belonging or relating to that party, it's business affairs or activities which is not in the public domain and which is marked as confidential or proprietary; the receiving party is advised of a confidential nature; or due to its character or nature, a reasonable person in a similar position under similar circumstances would treat as confidential.


Ad Credits - Terms and Conditions

Ad Credits allows Advertisers to view ad rates, request ad support, download media plans and do much more. Ad Credits are bound to the following conditions:

  • Ad Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Ad Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, after which they will expire. However, the date of expiry of the Ad Credits Balance will be calculated 90 days from the date of the latest purchase.
  • Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their Ad Credits balance is sufficient to access ad support, or other services they request on the platform.
  • The platform reserves the right to change the price of Ad Credits without notice.
  • The platform reserves the right to modify the Ad Credits program, at any time without notice.
  • Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform and its affiliates from any and all claims arising from the Advertiser's use of Ad Credits.
